HE is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant – Hebrews 9:15.
“This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.” -1 Cor 11:25
I want to start this blog with the understanding that my only desire is to bring others to the purity of Jesus Christ and what was accomplished at the cross (or tree- for those that are triggered by the word cross)… There are so many ‘denominations’ I like to call Demon-nations because God NEVER desired that we all make up a bunch of religions and separate the body of Christ on doctrines, theologies, nor personal interpretations.
As many know I am a licensed minister and teacher of the word. I belong to no church nor denomination. I left the ‘organized church’ in 2015 – then left my bible college in 2017 and in all honesty, I left all denominations in 2020 just as God desired! What a wake call that was and for it I am grateful!!
He called me out of all the doctrinal deceptions and asked that I now sit under only the HOLY SPIRIT’S teachings. He showed me a long time ago that I am to know nothing but Christ and Him crucified “for I made the decision to know nothing [that is, to forego philosophical or theological discussions regarding inconsequential things and opinions while] among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified [and the meaning of His redemptive, substitutionary death and His resurrection].”- 1 Cor 2:2
Most religions base their mission statement in light of waiting for a future fulfilment, and let me point out that every single one of them false dates- well- were false dates; no big boom ‘return of Christ’ NO two-part salvation -as so many believe in. All manmade prophecies will fail every time.
There is only ONE day of salvation and that is the day one’s heart truly aligns with the Spirit of God and place their trust in HIM not their flesh but in HIM. And there will be a personal day of the LORD for each and every one of us and that is the day we die and in the blink of an eye are rapture to where HE is! If we believe! Jesus said to her, “I am the Resurrection and the Life. Whoever believes in (adheres to, trusts in, relies on) Me [as Savior] will live even if he dies; and everyone who lives and believes in Me [as Savior] will never die. Do you believe this?” -John 11:24-26
I truly think the biggest challenge with ALL Demon-nations (doctrines of devils- all false religions) is old wine-and that they are still looking forward to a day of bringing in the new heavens and new earth which if you read my title, you’d understand that Revelation is the revelation of Christ- the whole prophecy of the whole bible. He is it all! Nothing more and nothing less. All HIM -HIM and ONLY HIM! The whole promise/prophecy of the bible is found in Isa 9:6
For to us a Child shall be born, to us a Son shall be given; And the government shall be upon His shoulder, And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. this here is it all in its perfection.
That son (JESUS) given will be called Wonderful Counselor (HOLY SPIRIT), Mighty God & Everlasting Father. JESUS IS OUR EVERLASTING FATHER AND OUR ALMIGHTY GOD.
TOO MANY DENOMINTAIONS TWISTING THAT SCRIPTURE SO MUCH THAT IS BECOMES BLASPHEMOUS To our savior!
When we continually add to the word of God, we will continually make up a future date and lusting after something more than what HE already accomplished, when we do this, we are desiring the creation more than the creator.
I for one NEVER want to live on earth forever, NOPE I will be with ABBA after running this race here and bringing others to this understanding that IT IS FINISHED! EVERYTHING ELSE IS MAKING HIS GRACE NOT SUFFICIENT FOR US!
Not to mention if you are truly in Christ, you understand that HE died for ALL AND HE IS NOT PARTIAL! All one has to do to is believe and receive. And this belief has to be full-fledged in LOVE with JESUS and what He already did for us, not in love with religion and what we are still blasphemously waiting for- making His grace worthless to us. For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God;not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation].- Eph 2:8-9
The day Christ was baptized He opened the Heavens for all His beloved saints (first century saints and anyone that believes on HIM for salvation) We entered the new covenant, heavens and earth when He died and paid the penalty for our sins- & granted forgiveness to all who choose to believe.
The only reason people have trouble with all of what I am saying is because the religion we have been taught, we are taught to wait, wait and wait some more. Nope there is no waiting – He opened all of the new covenant to us! If one is finding all this too hard to grasp its basically because they are stuck in the old wine and about to burst. No one puts new wine into old wineskins; otherwise, the [fermenting] wine will [expand and] burst the skins, and the wine is lost as well as the wineskins. But new wine must be put into new wineskins.”- Mark 2:22
Many are stuck in the old covenant thinking and truly don’t understand what they have inherited in Christ! They fail to realize that all the old vanished away completely!
In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away. – Heb 8:13 (note: time and context and the audience of this verse) they were still in the transitional period as it was vanishing away! We are THOUSANDS OF YEARS PAST THAT PERIOD AND IT IS VANISHED AWAY! IN FACT, ANYONE STILL DESIRING THE OLD CONVANENT, IS ACTUALLY COMMITTING SPIRITUAL ADULTRY! And anyone still desiring future prophecies is truly not making Christ enough; hence this too will make one enter into spiritual adultery!
“Be not deceived” is the main words of Christ to His first century saints and it is to us today!
“see to it that you be NOT deceived.”- John 24:4
In Christ- as true born-again believers (not just 144,000) but all who chose to believe, will be saved and sanctified and brough to be with HIM for eternity. Christ is NOT partial, so may we all stop separating His love. I do truly believe we have a position In Christ, and what we believe truly matters. If we don’t believe we are going to be with Him in heaven, then we probably won’t be. We do receive what we believe. Belief is important to God and He does give us free will. We are accountable to take all things to HIM! We are to test the spirits – not just believe mere man’s interpretations of the things of God. We are to study OURSELVES approved unto God. Study and do your best to present yourself to God approved, a workman [tested by trial] who has no reason to be ashamed, accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth. -2 Tim 2:15
It truly seems to me many are not accurately handling nor skillfully teaching the word of God.
I do take seriously the granted gift of teaching the word of God. There is nothing more satisfying than reading HIS word in Context and understanding that the word was written FOR us NOT TO us! The whole bible is an ancient text and written to the Jews and Gentiles and the first century Christians. It is not a book to insert us and create false doctrines and nothing but confusion to the masses. It’s truly madness I tell ya! And we need to all repent of speaking, teaching, preaching and believing the word in all our foolish ways. I hate deceptive theologies; and ironically enough studying theologies and theories have been the basis of my studies in religion and in nutrition. I’m just so glad I kept the HOLY SPIRIT as my teacher because there are a lot of quackery religious teachings out there – none of which I want any part of! I didn’t get called out of the church and into my own stable, satisfying relationship with Christ to go back under legalism and false prophecies. Nope, no thanks, I belong to Christ and will only continue to preach/teach of HIS FINISHED WORKS! I stare not into the sky awaiting His ‘return’ for I fully and completely understand the cloud is the Spirit of God falling upon the believer and becoming one within us to be HIS living temple and to walk in this Christ confidence of what HE already accomplished and to continually go ye therefore and preach the Gospel and only the Gospel, no futuristic mystery, but a complete peace in the living Word of God and that is JESUS! Old Covanent believers looked forward to what Christ was going to do, New Covanent believers (US) look back at what HE already did; hence in Remembrance of HIM. We must walk out our salvation with awe (fear and trembling) until it’s our “end day” here on this earth. For the kingdom of God is not of this earth!
And to all the many futuristic religions that state that He will destroy this old earth and make a new earth for us to live on forever, that is blasphemy too, and it is NOT even biblical. It’s a manmade doctrine and calls God a liar! Repent for the Kingdom is at hand! The flesh will NOT inherit the kingdom ever period.
John 18:36 Jesus answered, “My kingdom doesn’t belong to this world. If my kingdom belonged to this world, my followers would fight to keep me from being handed over to the Jews. My kingdom doesn’t have its origin on earth.”
Also on side note: If one studies out the word in context, history and audience relevance you will come to find out that the 144,000 saints (the first fruits to enter heaven) were resurrected in the first century when Christ actually returned in 70ad. Hence the dead in Christ in 1 Thessalonians 4:16 and we after the cross that are true believers will follow when it’s our time to leave this body and go to be with the LORD17 After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the LORD in the air. And so, we will always be with the Lord. 18Therefore encourage one another with these words.…
Anyone teaching otherwise is making God partial and its calling God a liar. Do we serve a schizophrenic God?
Certainly not! Let God be found true [as He will be], though every person be found a liar, just as it is written [in Scripture], “THAT YOU MAY BE JUSTIFIED IN YOUR WORDS, AND PREVAIL WHEN YOU ARE JUDGED [by sinful men].” -Rom 3:4
Only [be sure to] lead your lives in a manner [that will be] worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I do come and see you or remain absent, I will hear about you that you are standing firm in one spirit [and one purpose], with one mind striving side by side [as if in combat] for the faith of the gospel. -Phil 1:27
It’s been a long minute since I’ve written a blog. Last May to be exact. At a point in time that I finally wrote a piece on the fulfillment of Christ. Finding a valuable piece in my spiritual walk, that being how to read scripture IN complete context of the time of each scripture being written, (the actual history of it) and to the audience each scripture was written for. Discovering these very important facts has been what is missing from most theologies and doctrines of men (which in all reality becomes doctrines of demons) when we allow the flesh to be our guide. And believe me when I say, flesh was the guide in most doctrines we have been taught an indoctrinated to believe.
I’ve come to a complete reality in Who Christ is and the simple fact that HE is the only reason the bible was even written. He is the whole prophecy of the book. He is the TREE OF LIFE LIFTED UP! He is the son born unto us, to be called wonderful counselor, Almighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, -Isa 9:6
This son born unto us as the gift of salvation, Was Jesus – God in the flesh, our Abba Father sent Himself here to walk on earth in the very same kind of vessel that every single one of us are, and by the very same means of a mother womb. He lived among His creation, loved them, taught them, walked alongside them and then died for them (and us- to those who believe and receive this Awesome free gift of salvation). He then rose from the grave defeated law, sin and death so that we can live in perfect relationship with HIM – no obstacles in our way, except our very own flesh. We have free will, we always will, so I pray we choose wisely daily and walk in this glorious relationship with OUR HEAVENLY FATHER!
The very fact that so many people still separate God and Jesus is the very reason so many false religions and so many false doctrine, and false prophecies continue, so many different sects will continue because we have still yet to become of ONE FAITH IN ONE TRUE GOD!
The very fact that we CANNOT LOVE MORE THAN ONE GOD, should be the understanding take away from understanding Who Abba really is, and that is CHRIST!
God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit, God in three roles, – all three at different times in HIS-STORY!
IF we continually separate the 3, we will NEVER KNOW HIM AT THE MOST INTIMATE LEVEL WE WERE CREATED TO BE! When we separate Him like all the other false religions, we will NEVER fully comprehend the fullness of the prophecy of the very bible. We will simple just be another sect, or religion and we will simply be choosing to argue our world-fed theologies and man-made doctrines instead of trying to understand the truth of the scriptures, and that is the story of Isa 9:6 the prophecy of the truth, the way and the ETERNAL, EVERLASTING LIFE!!
IF all we want is to see our theologies, doctrines, revivals, and false worldly prophecies we must understand how selfish we truly are and we do the kingdom of God no good, none whatsoever!
I have had the privilege to have had this prophetic word dropped into my spirit while in my mother’s womb that NO one could steal this true and powerful message – that only a true prophet of HIM can relay!
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” – Jer 1:5
(*note: I do realize that this was in context written for Jeremiah, but I did also get a Rhema word from God understanding spiritual application of this word).
Wow- now did I just say that I am a prophet of NOW stating some extremely powerful truths? Why, yes, I did! And I intend to write more about this, maybe in blogs, or books.
Also note that I do know that the Prophets of scripture were to bring a scriptural word forth and that the New Testament prophets were to establish the church to teach of the prophecies; however, I Truley believe that there are Prophets of NOW that need to continually correct and rebuke all these false prophecies going forth and to set the truth straight. The Prophets of NOW are to speak of the already fulfilled prophecy of the book, that being Christ is salvation, NOTHING MORE And NOTHING LESS. No adding to it nor taking away from it. It is complete and perfected in itself. For I decided that while I was with you I would forget everything except Jesus Christ, the one who was crucified.- 1Cor 2:2
So, We Prophets of NOW need to go forth and spread the good news of the completion of Christ and the cross. Nothing I ever speak on is just my opinion, nor my belief, but I take everything to the LORD in prayer and allow HIM to search my heart and show me whatever HE needs to show me.
Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. -Psalms 139:23&24
Hence why I seem so extreme to most. LOL but YOU know what- I’m not concerned about what others think, I’m only concerned about what God thinks. And for that I will continue to preach, teach and write of HIS messages that only proves CHRIST AND THE CROSS! No amount of false worldly flesh prophecy will take away HIS actual Historically proven IT IS FINISHED WORKS OF THE FATHER! YES & AMEN!
I am not trying to please people. I want to please God. Do you think I am trying to please people? If I were doing that, I would not be a servant of Christ.– Gal 1:10
The prophecy came not by the will of man in the ancient times, but when holy men of God spoke, being compelled by the Holy Spirit.-1 Pet 1:21
Trigger warning .. we’ve taken scripture out of context for far to long creating diabolical, falling away fallacies!! I’ve had a download.. removing many scales: God confirming my ministry to the prophecy of Scripture.. that is JESUS fulfilled it all! IT IS FINISHED! HE meant what He said & He said what He meant! “Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things take place.” – Mat 24:34
I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be cut off by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth.” … So God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant I have established between me and all life on the earth.”
Let’s maturely discuss the “Second Coming” or the “Return of Christ!?!..
We have this misconception that the Bible is all about us instead of focusing on who the Bible is truly about: JESUS THE MESSIAH!
We aren’t the central point of the bible, Jesus is. We aren’t the star of the show, Jesus is. It’s God’s redemption plan to bring glory to Himself, not for us to be the hero. We are ‘in the bible’ but often we think we’re David instead of the frightened weak wavering Israelites.
“Grace” was for the man of Israel being delivered from flesh-dependency. The man of Israel needed God’s sufficiency (Grace) to meet his insufficiency (flesh-dependency) in fulfilling the works of the Law of Moses. Once he realized his intrinsic union with God’s sufficiency through the Spirit, then he no longer needed “Grace”. That was his journey, not ours. We should learn from it.
Most of The BIBLE is about Ancient Israel.
It is about an ancient people (descendants of the race of Adam) and their land and a world within-a-world, a world created under direct covenant to God. Their status and positional standing before the God of Israel was framed up under sin and law and death inherited “in Adam”. They were “the dead”.
UNTIL that is, Jesus, their Messiah (Gk Christos) came and delivered his people (Israel) from their sins, making the law vanish, and an end of death . They were made dead (and buried) to their old covenant self “in Adam”, by the Cross of Christ, and they were made alive (and raised) to their new covenant self “in Christ”, by the Resurrection of Christ (Romans 6, Colossians 3), thereafter their status and positional standing before the God of Israel, was one of righteousness and grace and life inherited “in Christ”. God reconciled the people to himself, no longer holding their sins against them (2Cor 5, Rom 5). They were “the living”.
In AD 70 the old covenant world of Adam and all Israel (once all the Israel gentiles of the Dispersion had been “gathered in”) was judged. Then came the end. The old covenant status and positional standing before God were no more. Sin and law and death and the world of Adam was no more. It had been destroyed. Ancient Israel under direct covenant to God was no more.
THE Hebrew AND Jewish covenants HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYBODY LIVING TODAY.
We inherit the promises by faith in grace which grafted us into the NEW covenant! & we can learn important spiritual lessons from the stories within it.
However After AD 70, for lack of a better term: a pagan cult (& I hate that term) came along and had the gall to hijack the Hebrew and Jewish narrative, to reformulate it into a theological syncretic mess, which perpetuates sin and law and death indefinitely, thus denying and undermining the finished work of Jesus as Israel’s Messiah. Sadly This pagan cult calls itself “Christianity”. I’m sure I just triggered many this far- but please hear me out for there is more ..
70 AD was the end of the Old Covenant age of the law, we are now in the New Covenant age of grace, of which there is no end.
All of the scriptures referring to the “end of the world” “end-times” “the last days” “end of the age”, melting elements and the passing away of heaven and earth represent the passing away of Old Covenant Israel, the end of the age (the age of the law) the Old Covenant Age culminating in the dramatic events of AD 70.
The end of the age (the old covenant age) was connected to the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem and Jesus’ famous sermon known as the Olivet Discourse.
That was the Gospel of Jesus. When Jesus died and was resurrected, He defeated death. Death before that was waiting in “she’ol”, it is where souls awaited judgement. Since His resurrection, and victory over death, we are judged on our faith in Him and THERE IS NO WAITING FOR JUDGEMENT. People who die today either go to Hell or Heaven, depending on their faith in JESUS. This is why Revelation 6:9-11 says;
“And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.” This judgement was the destruction of Jerusalem in 70AD. These souls were freed to rule in Heaven with Jesus at that time. There is no future judgement for us; we’re already judged on our faith in Him, that’s why the Gospel is still relevant. You can’t have faith in Him without it.
This is a point Christianity needs to acknowledge. When folks experience death today and are resurrected they don’t speak of being asleep or in she’ol they are instantly judged because the resurrection has already taken place. Death was defeated when those first saints inherited the promise, they waited for all those centuries (144,000) biblical Israelites. When the corruptible put on incorruptible which happened in the first century.
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come” -Matthew 24:14. From AD 58 onwards, Paul began to indicate in his epistles that the gospel had indeed been preached throughout the known world. 1 Tim. 3:16 “By common confession, great is the mystery of godliness: He who was revealed in the flesh, was vindicated in the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations [Gk. ekeruxthe en ethnesin], believed in the world [Gk. episteuthe en kosmo], taken up in glory.”
Romans 1:8 Paul states that news about the faith of the Roman Christians had spread throughout “the whole world” [Gk. holo to kosmo].
When we look at the usage of these two phrases (“the whole world” and “all the nations”) in the New Testament, we can easily see that they are not talking about every ethnic group in the whole world, but rather the Roman world and the Diaspora of the first century.
“The whole world” –– Lk. 2:1; Acts 11:28; 17:31; 19:27; 24:5; Rom. 10:18; and Rev.3:10. Josephus Antiq 15:387 (15.11.1) where he records the speech of Herod the Great who said, “the Romans…are the rulers of the whole world “all the nations” — Lk. 21:24; 24:47; Acts 2:5; 21:21; Rom. 1:5; 16:26; and 2 Tim.4:17.
Paul’s accusers (in Acts 24:5) claimed that he stirred up dissension among all Jews throughout the world, but we only know of his travels in Palestine, Turkey, Greece, and Italy (the Roman world or Diaspora).
Paul claims in Romans 10:18 that the gospel had already gone out to the ends of the world by that time (AD 58).
In the letter to the church at Philadelphia (Rev 3:10) Jesus reveals that he would keep them safe from the hour of testing (the Neronic persecution) which was about to come (Gk. mello) upon the whole world (in AD 64-65).
The whole world is referring only to those nations within the Roman sphere of influence. On the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:5) it says there were Jews residing in Jerusalem from “every nation under heaven.” Then it lists those regions (Acts 2:9-11) from which they originated: the Mideast (Persia) and all the nations on the Mediterranean Rim.
The two phrases (“the whole world” and “all the nations”) as used throughout the NT are clearly referring to the Roman world and the Diaspora of the first century. Therefore, despite the shallow objections of the futurists, it seems conclusive that Matthew 24:14 (and the Great Commission in Matt. 28:19) was already fulfilled by the time Paul wrote his prison epistles in AD 63.
Other versions of the Great Commission are found in Mark 16:14–18, Luke 24:44–49, Acts 1:4–8, and John 20:19 – 23.
All the NT writings were finished by the time Peter died in the Neronian persecution in 64. That was only about a year after Paul had written his last epistle to Timothy in 63.
Paul claims (Rom. 16:26) that the gospel “had been made known to all the nations” by the time he wrote Romans (AD 58). In his last epistle (2 Tim. 4:17) written just before he died in the Neronic persecution (AD 64-65), Paul stated that in his trial before the Roman court that “all the nations” had heard the gospel.
The fourth century church historian Eusebius also affirmed that the gospel spread throughout “the whole world” in the first century, [Euseb. Hist. Eccl. 2.3.1 and 3.8.11]
Josephus in his lamentation of the destruction of Jerusalem refers to the Diaspora where Israel had been scattered as being “all the habitable earth”.
*Coming in the clouds means judgement which happened in 70 ad
*1st coming, He was born. The 2nd coming was when He rose from the grave on the 3rd day. So who is coming 3rd. time? Do the math. (Answer btw: He gave us His helper, the Holy Spirit to rule and reign within us for Eternity!) Three is confirmation- He is who HE says He is!
Jesus left nothing undone. The new covenant (after the cross) is the new heaven & new earth.. He is the SPIRIT of prophecy! The Holy Spirit was the return of CHRIST! He left no jot undone! HE FULFILLED IT ALL !! IT TRULY IS FINISHED! IT IS FINISHED, IT IS FINISHED IT IS FINISHED!
HE said it, HE meant it! HE doesn’t lie!!!
The term “Second Coming” or “Second Advent” does not occur in the New Testament. The expression “Second Coming” seems to have originated with Justin Martyr in the 2nd century.
Yes! It has already happened!! But here’s the biggest problem. Everyone alive today has been taught a future interpretation and this has been etched on the mind of their souls! Written in their worship songs and theologies! It’s become so thick and deep within the whole wall of Christendom, people fear even speaking of it for fear of losing fellowship and or their lives! It’s built into people to defend their religious beliefs to the death, as it should be! So, unless God does something to cause you to lay down what you’ve been taught, and fight to know the truth. You’re already defeated! The funny thing is, you should know this is exactly how God does His business!!! And by you, I mean anyone listening, whom God has truly dealt with. So, if a lowly prophet of Christ Jesus is heard shouting from the watchtower: the enemy is in your camp; he’s not coming, he’s already there, kill him, offer him no quarter, or he will kill you in your sleep! Would you even hear him?? Paul said, Jesus was that new creation i.e. new heaven and Earth! The old heaven and Earth in Adam has passed away. Behold, all things have become new in Christ Jesus! 2 Corinthians 5 is a reference to the believer who has been placed in Christ. Christ has not literally returned to earth to set up His kingdom in Jerusalem and place the government upon His shoulders.
The “second coming” came and went, the great tribulation was the war on Jerusalem in 66-70 AD at the end of the age just as Jesus said it would. The futurist theologies have denied the time statements in many places in the New Testament. (Heb 10:37 For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry.)
The futurist looking theologies have Jesus tarrying for nearly 2000 years.
Paul stated their deliverance was near and that the night was almost over, and the day was at hand when he wrote: And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now, is our salvation nearer than when we believed. -Rom 13:11
The night is far spent; the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light. -Rom 13:12
That the days of the seals of John’s revelations were in the lifetime of those that heard Jesus speak is established by the “fall on us” used by Jesus when speaking to the weeping women and repeated by John.
Jesus tells the women that they would live to see the events John described.
But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children. -Luke 23:28…Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us. -Luke 23:30
John repeats the this again here: And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood. – Rev 6:12… And said to the mountains and rocks, fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb -Rev 6:16
There are so many off the wall doctrines on this subject that You’d have to make up a million-page document to figure out all of man’s theologies. *(I’m Still researching this out).
*Isn’t this the sort of thing that Paul was warning the church in Thessaloniki about? At the beginning of 2 Thessalonians 2.
It seems as if these kinds of rumors were going around even in the lifetime of the apostles. I would also bear in mind how Jesus warned us of many false messiahs and false teachings.
He said the Gospel would be preached in all nations, before the end. They still had a long way to go in 70AD. He warned… Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false Christ’s and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. So, if they say to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. -Matt 24:23-27
**Keep in mind Paul said this in the 50s ad; before 70ad! The whole world in Adam did witness it! It never had anything to do with the 21st century! More thoughts: The new heavens and earth were established when the old passed away. But what needs to be understood is what the heavens and earth were and are – they are not the physical creation of heaven and earth.
God established the Jewish “heavens” and “earth” when he gave the Law to Moses and the people of Israel:
And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people. -Isa 51:16
The above is not speaking of the Genesis event, yet we are told by Isaiah He created/planted the “heavens” and “earth” at the giving of his words/law.
Isaiah also tells us when the “new heavens” and “earth” were to be created – when he slew the apostate nation of Israel:
Therefore, will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spoke, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes and did choose that wherein I delighted not. -Isa 65:12
And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name -Isa 65:15
For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. -Isa 65:17
Apostate Israel was slain for killing the prophets in the war of 66-70AD just as Jesus said:
That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. -Mat 23:35
Verily I say unto you, all these things shall come upon this generation.
When they were slain in the 1st century AD the new “heavens” and “earth” with the Law of Christ were created, the Law of Moses and the old “heaven” and “earth” passed away. His servants have another name – Christian. * Christ believer!
What if what you believe about the Bible, Jesus Christ about & the end of times is not true at all. What if you have been brainwashed by theologies over the ages that brought an understanding that everything that will happen in future is geared at what some people call the rapture and other people call the second coming of Jesus Christ? What if there is a totally different scenario about the end times? What if people were so caught up in the theological minds about what will happen in future that in a sense, they are not prepared about what is God’s agenda now? I’ve got an understanding and a strange feeling that that is actually own words about what is about to happen.
Almost 95% of everything that’s available in bookshops is based on a certain understanding of what is about to happen in the end. Very few writers and Christian thinkers and pastors even prophets know the fact that the end of times is a phrase that is not about a specific time in the future, but it started almost 2,000 years ago when Jesus was resurrected from the dead- whatever has happened since then is of crucial importance- specifically in His own words about what is about to happen now. The rapture and what we call the myth of the rapture we only looked at Matthew 24 which some people say is more about the end times than about the rapture and we need to speak about 1 Thessalonians 4 verse 16 and 17 and we will do so but if that is the only evidence about the rapture or the second coming; words which as such do not even appear in the original Greek manuscript. It is a few logical concepts that people have used through the ages to describe something about to happen in a futuristic sense. Then we need to reconsider what the Bible really tells us, and it will be best to go to what Jesus said about His return to the earth. Now if you’ll read with me John 14 is a crucial passage and I’m going to read two verses; verse 28 and 29 where he is gathered with his disciples and then they speak about he’s going away and he’s coming back and then he says these profound words he says you heard that I said to you I go away and I will come to you if you loved me you would have rejoiced because I go to the Father for the father is greater than I and now I have told you before it comes to pass that when it comes to pass you may believe. Now this is a totally different scenario than what we currently believe Jesus said, “I’m telling you I’m going away- I’m telling you I’m returning” but to you witnesses who are here I’m telling you that when I come back you will know this because I have said it that you will Know. So, it’s very clear that the disciples of Jesus would see the return of Jesus. It’s very clear in their lifetime they would witness the second coming or what the Bible rather refers to as the Parousia; the coming of the Lord- the manifestation of the two chapters. Further in John 16 there are three verses which to my understanding will change your total perception and there’s a repetition not less than seven times within these three verses that Jesus makes a statement which we should be very clear on- He starts off by saying a little while and you will no longer behold me and a little while and you will see me and then some of his disciples therefore said to one another what is this thing that He is telling us a little while and you will not behold me and again a little while and you will see me because I go to the Father. This was the theme and so they were saying what is this that he says a little while we do not know what He is talking about. Jesus knew that they wished to question Him, and He said to them are you deliberating together about this that I said a little while and you not behold me and again a little while and you will see me. ” Now just think logically for a moment, in only three verses Jesus repeats this phrase seven times: (completion)–“Master how long would it take you to come back a little while how long will it be a little while how long will you be away”? I’m going to be away a little while -they don’t come back seven times- so when is he coming back? The scripture is very clear about when He came back, not in a physical form, but He came back as a spirit because the Lord God is a spirit. Jesus became human for thirty-three and a half years but then he became a living spirit. So how did Jesus come back? We can ponder on the day of Pentecost. A little while after he was resurrected from the dead so He rose from the dead and He became a spirit that’s why He moved with His spiritual body through windows through walls He could be at different places at different times. He could travel by the speed of light all these things are evidence that He’s a spirit now- the word tells us very clearly in 1 Corinthians 15 that the last Adam Jesus is a life-giving spirit but just read with me a last passage 2 Corinthians 3 verse 17 and 18 and here Paul makes this abundantly clear and he says now the you must be very clear about this the Lord Jesus is the spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is Liberty but we always with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory just as from the Lord who is the spirit this changes the whole agenda of what we call the influence if Jesus is not physically coming back and we have to reinterpret the verses that from tradition we thought where the truth. Our minds will have to be renewed to understand that Jesus has come to the earth as a life-giving spirit changing the face of the earth and as we behold Him and as we are changed in our mindsets God will change the earth He is in the process of inhabiting the earth but first of all He needs to inhabit you- it is absolutely crucial that you and I come to a new understanding of what is God’s agenda for the earth because we need to inherit- the word says it very clear if you are a spiritual man you need to understand things spiritually it’s also absolutely crucial that you understand the return of Jesus in a spiritual fashion, and because of that it will change the whole way that you are thinking about yourself and the role you have to play in the unfolding of God’s agenda to again fold the earth with this law.

Whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].
As today is the last month of April I realized I didn’t write a blog this month or maybe not even last month. If you know me well, you know this year so far has been very challenging to say the least. We brought in the new year with a case of something- one family member at a time fell ill. Some of us were ill for two weeks, to a week, to just a few days. I myself was down for three days with a headache that left me feeling like my teeth and eyes were melting. I kid you not, I didn’t leave the bed for almost three days. In all honesty I’m pretty sure it was Wi-Fi/radiation poisoning and some ‘shedding’ occurring around us.
February, we lost my uncle to tragic hospital abuse. Preparing his funeral and dealing with his will, trust and estate has been a long-drawn-out issue still being worked on. March my father fell ill with pneumonia in which of course they ‘retermed’ covid. Well, I’m not going to ‘dwell’ nor give any more energy to the plandemic. So, moving on. Dad just went back home with his sister (where he lives) last week, so I also lost all of April to nursing him back to health.
I absolutely have no regrets nor am I bitter for serving my loved ones; however, all of this left me feeling drained and literally walked on like a door mat. I’ve always spoke the love language of ‘Acts of service’ but I’ve also minored in phycology and have been healed of many mental health issues myself (and am always continually healing from past traumatic pains and aliments) but I must be honest, this past year has left me scared some and I literally felt my PTSD and fibromyalgia flare up. I’ve had this last week to rest, refuel and revive my body, soul and spirit. Such a blessing to rest in the LORD!
Thank you to all that reach out to me, have shown concern and did not gossip about me or my family.! We have been through a lot this past year. Here’s looking forward to brighter days!
Then I was hit yesterday with yet another dilemma. I decided that I would not respond until I’ve had time in rest and prayer on this subject.
God showed me two personal prophecies that are falling into place simultaneously as this drama is also and that the two go together. I’m not quite sure exactly what HE is up to, but I do know that HE makes all things good to those that TRUST HIM and are CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PUPOSE. Rom 8:28
With all that I want to share a few words I’ve posted about and promised to speak on but haven’t been able to get too due to people and situations that need my attention. And as I also realize these are not completely fulfilled yet in my life, I see God working it all out according to HIS RICHES & GLORIES IN CHRIST JESUS! – Phil 4:19
I LOVE that He KNOWS our HEARTS and that is where I will continually HEAR HIS STILL SMALL VOICE!
I want to talk biblical tithing— & honest gains
Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it. Pro 13:11
Bring all the tithes (the tenth) into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the LORD of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you [so great] a blessing until there is no more room to receive it.
The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. – Duet 28:12
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.” Colossians 3:23-24
*My three Attempts to go live failed. Will attempt later. (or another day.)
All of this is personal rhema word that I share in my book: Becoming Me While Losing You, The mission field, second part of Day 6 (pgs.157-163). I do think a live or a podcast would work best to share this. So, look forward to this if you wish to hear more.
Come now [and pay attention to this], you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such …. Yet you do not know [the least thing] about what may happen in your life tomorrow. [What is secure in your life?] You are merely a vapor [like a puff of smoke or a wisp of steam from a cooking pot] that is visible for a little while and then vanishes [into thin air].-James 4:13-14
“For where there is a testament, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. For a testament is in force after men are dead, since it has no power at all while the testator lives.” Hebrews 9:16-17
As I just recently lost an uncle, God has given me a great biblical lesson in the tragic planning of his funeral. Through being the beneficiary of my uncle’s life insurance (which we receive ironically only upon the death of another; note scripture above points out) God has used this heartbreak as teaching tool. It was my uncles wishes that I prepare him a Christian wake and funeral, and that I receive a portion of his inheritance. With all of this God down poured so much enlightenment on this subject.
Now, I am not at all concerned about what I will receive from my uncle, for memories and love in a personal relationship with my uncle was enough; however, I do know that my uncle worked hard and was a dedicated loving soul, and it is his wishes that many loved ones receive what he accomplished during his life here walking this earth. So, I wish to see to it that all his wishes be granted. He has now inherited all the promises of God- his promise of eternity with Christ, his beautiful mansion prepared by Jesus and the very inheritance that all the gospel and New Testament stands for.
As I am also seeing so many diabolical doctrines going around, so many trying to live out of the Old Testament and not realizing they are desiring the OLD over the NEW. WE are never to desire the OLD and we cannot mix law and grace, never can it be done. One must come to the KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST and the ABSOLUTE FULLFILLMENT OF THE LAW! There is NOT one Rock left unturned, NOPE, NOT ONE!
The Will of Christ is the New Testament. His will is identified as the “second,” in that “He takes away the first, that he may establish the second” Heb. 10:9. Many have not learned that the first covenant was replaced by the will of Christ. Even some of our own brothers and sisters in Christ teach that there is a continuous covenant from Abraham through today. A careful examination of the Scriptures will not allow such.
The Hebrew writer gives us the basis for a study of the Will of Christ when he said, “For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise, it is of no strength at all while the testator lives” Heb. 9:16-17.
The word “testament” in this passage carries basically the same idea as covenant, will, law and is often used interchangeably. Thus, the New Testament is the last will and testament of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit revealed, “Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will O God. He takes away the first, that he may establish the second. By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all” -Heb. 10:9-10
It is evident that the Will of Christ is the will of God — the will Christ came to earth to do. This will involve taking “away the first.” The “first” was the first covenant or the law of Moses. The apostle Paul identified the first covenant as “our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith” -Gal. 3:24. Paul further affirms that, “after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster” -Gal. 3:25. These passages affirm that the law was the schoolmaster and since faith, which is the gospel has come -Gal. 1:23; 2:2), we are no longer under the law of Moses. It is as the Hebrew writer penned, “For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second” -Heb. 8:7 The first covenant gave way to the will of Christ. “In that he says, A new covenant, he has made the first old. Now that which decays and waxes old is ready to vanish away” -Heb. 8:13
Christ is the fulfillment of the Whole Old Testament- it was testament to what He was going to provide for all that choose to believe and to take Him at His word, because as He said, “My Word shall not pass a way”
Jesus had to die for us to receive the full inheritance of God! He was this inheritance! He is this inheritance now in this life and for eternity to those that believe, to those that have faith in the things hoped for and the assurance that what we hope for will come about and the certainty that what we cannot see exists. -Heb 11:1
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.- John 3:16
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge..-Hos 4:6
As this will be my first blog of 2022; I just want to say how in the world have we’ve gone so absolutely backwards in our society. We are truly going to extinct our very own race. Our reality, our way of thinking and our wisdom (lack of) is troubling to say the least.
The 1% that thinks they control the world are truly my nemesis or is it those that just conform to the beast system that are actually the problem? I mean we can starve evil by not feeding it. QUIT FEEDING THE BEAST!
For be sure of this: no immoral, impure, or greedy person—for that one is [in effect] an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God [for such a person places a higher value on something other than God].- Eph 5:5
Division is all the beast system has brought upon what God has created. God isn’t partial so why have we’ve become so? Then there’s the fallacies that seem right. So many movements that it makes my head spin. Believe me I used to advocate for a lot of important causes but in time I realized that fighting for rights NEVER works. Now I’m not saying surrender and be slaughtered but all these things do is lead us right into their hands.
Their goal has always been about stealing our souls; our energy is what feeds the matrix. All the time wasted on dividing issues! How about we quit following every #hashtag, freedom fighting, patriotic, rights, movements and start standing For God! Why do we fight so hard to keep this ugly system? Why do we ‘cast’ votes and wave banners asking for our freedom, when all we have to do is lean on God and understand these are all mute reasons– All these movements are leading us straight to slaughter. NO politician has ever cared about us and it’s about time we quit thinking a vote will ever fix this!
“they have rejected me from being king over them” (1 Samuel 8:7). That was the core of their sin. They wanted to have a king “like all the nations”
Stand up, and Trust God or sit down and fail! Not just now but for eternity. EPIC FAIL! ugh! I for one am so completely done with the fake religion, fake virus’, fake science, Fake people, fake movements! I know there are many good people involved in these movements but let’s see this for what it is… a trap.
He has dug a hole and hollowed it out; he has fallen into a pit of his own making.- Ps 7:15
We need to realize that if we still feed the beast system then we ought to take what we brought upon ourselves! If you’ve ever voted, then you’ve fed the system. We vote with our politics, our money, where we put our sources, our time, our family, our choices..etc…. we can only make change where we feed. So, if we never fed the Godly kingdom- the actual manna from heaven, that being the Gospel and ONLY THE GOSPEL, not the mockery (as that is what they’ve always done) I’m so done with doctrines of devils and failed systems that I’VE NEVER SUPPORTED anyways! When it comes to politics, I’ve ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT MY FATHERS BUSINESS-only! I have seen through the facade right off the bat as a youth. I knew I’d NEVER get involved with the ugly that would take down the good and right in the world. Politics are polluted and everything about it is pure satanic rituals; I kid you NOT! To be a part of it is truly the core of all that is wrong with our world!
For me, my life and my ministry – It’s about the NEW JERESALEM that being JESUS & HIS KINGDOM PRINCAPLES! I truly believe and stand solid on the FINISHED WORKS OF CHRIST AT THE CROSS! HE LEFT NOTHING UNDONE! NOTHING! We just need to preach His gospel to all HIS creation, bring home his children (those that will come free willingly) to the family reunion! Come out of the world – for the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye and the pride of life are abhorrent to God! Repent &Return! Come and return to the family! NO hashtags, nor right fights, no freedom fights, & no mandates required- just return to ABBA DADDY!
Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. -Matt 6:10
For to usachild is born, to usa son is given, and the government willbe on his shoulders. And he willbe called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. – Isa 9:6
I for one Love Christmas. I get to spend time with my family, listen to Christmas music, eat good food, and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Why do you celebrate Christmas? As a Christian, have you ever wondered if Christmas is biblical?
Should Christians celebrate Christmas? The Bible doesn’t tell us whether we are to celebrate Christmas or not. Christmas is not found anywhere in the Bible because it came into existence in early Church history. Many of the traditions that surround Christmas are from pagan roots. However, Christians can redeem many of these celebrations by intentionally celebrating Jesus’ birth and the significance of His first coming. Celebrating Christmas is a personal conviction that must be decided between you and the Lord.
The word Christmas and setting aside a specific day to celebrate Jesus Christ’s birth is not found anywhere in the Bible. There is no biblical mandate that tells you about whether or not you should celebrate Christmas as a Christian. However, there are many Christians who do celebrate Christmas. Their reason for celebrating is found in the Bible in Matthew 1:18-25 and Luke 1:26-38, 2:1-21.
This story tells of how the angel Gabriel told Mary that the Holy Spirit would come upon her and she would conceive and bear a son and call Him Jesus. The Lord also reveals this message to Joseph, the man Mary was engaged to. They then travel to Bethlehem due to a worldwide census and Mary gives birth in a stable. After this, the Lord sends an angel to tell shepherds herding sheep that the Savior of the world has been born, and a multitude of angels start praising God. The shepherds then go see Jesus lying in a manger and afterward tell everyone around them about this great news. Another part of the story is of men traveling from the East coming with precious gifts to give Jesus. –Matthew 2:1-12. This is the story that Christians celebrate during the season of Christmas because they recognize the incredible truths that are in this special birth.
While Christmas is not in the Bible, we see different characters in the events of Christ’s birth praising God and celebrating the birth of the newborn King. An angel of the Lord appears before shepherds at night and announces Jesus’s birth to them. A multitude of angels appear in the sky after the angel’s announcement praising God and giving Him glory. The shepherds leave their sheep to go to see Jesus lying in a manger, and afterward, they run to tell people that the Messiah had been born. The shepherds glorified God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them by the angel of the Lord. Wise men from the East come with gifts to celebrate the birth of the King of Kings
While this is not “Christmas” as we know it, the Bible shows us that Christ’s birth was recognized as an important event and that both angels and men celebrated God sending down His one and only Son in the form of a baby. Should it not be true for us as Christians to celebrate the truth that God came to live among us?
When you read through the New Testament, you do not see any of the apostles or early church leaders in the Bible celebrating Christ’s birth. Instead, you see them celebrating the Lord’s Supper and Jesus’s death and resurrection. This is because historically and culturally, celebrating deaths was much more common than births.
Although Christmas is not mentioned in the Bible, it is biblical to celebrate the first coming of Christ and His birth. When the shepherds found out about the birth of Jesus, they worshipped God and then told everyone around them that the Savior of the world had come, we should desire to do the same. Many of the traditions that surround Christmas are indeed from pagan backgrounds, however, many of the Christmas traditions that Christians have used have been redeemed through celebrating the significance of Christ’s birth. As Christians, we are to be mindful of how much we participate in the Christmas season yet that does not mean that Christmas cannot be celebrated.
One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind.-Rom 14:5
As Paul wrote in Romans 14:5, it is a personal conviction of one person to make a day more special while another believes that all days are special. This implies that celebrating Christmas is a personal preference.
In the Roman days, people used to celebrate the winter solstice with a feast and lots of wine. This festival celebrated the resurgence of the sun after the long days of winter. The holiday also symbolized birth and light. Later, Christians related the birth of Christ, the Son of God, to be celebrated during this time. Churches now hold candlelight services to help followers of Jesus to remember that He is the Light who came into a dark world.
In Rome, the Romans also had a festival called Saturnalia during December, which celebrated the Roman god Saturn, who was their god of agriculture. During this time, businesses and schools would close and Roman society would be turned upside down as those in lower societal positions got to be honored and treated with respect and kindness by the rich. During Saturnalia, families, friends, and neighbors would give gifts to one another and their gods. The rich would also give generously to the poor and do kind deeds to undo all of their bad deeds throughout the year. It was supposedly called “the best of times” by a Roman poet, which Charles Dickens later used in his story called “The Christmas Carol” to describe Christmas and introduce Santa Clause as a jolly character. The Romans also celebrated another festival in the winter months which fell on December 25th called Juvenalia. This festival celebrated the Persian god Mithra, the god of the sun, who used to be a Hindu god. It was considered to be the most sacred day of the year by the Romans. Many Hellenistic Jews and Christians would also participate in the Roman holidays and traditions.
Christmas was not a known holiday until the third century when Pope Julius I picked December 25th as the annual date to celebrate Christ’s birth on the Georgian calendar. Supposedly, having Jesus’ birthday on December 25th would allow Christians to still participate in the Roman festivals celebrating Saturnalia and Mithra and help convince the Romans to accept Christianity.
While the Bible does not tell us exactly when Jesus was born, December 25th has, however, become the widely accepted date of celebrating Jesus’s birthday.
After the Roman period, European people started burning yule logs in the fire during the winter months to keep their families warm. Yule logs burn three times longer than regular logs and thus were very inexpensive for low-income households. This became a tradition that lasted for about 12 days of the year, between December 21st and January 1st. Later, this tradition was introduced into Christmas where families would burn a small yule log on Christmas Eve. By the end of the sixth century, the holiday and its traditions had spread to England. However, when the Puritan pilgrims came to New England, they made Christmas illegal because many of the traditions were from Roman and Celtic cultures which honored other gods. It was not until 1870 that Christmas was declared a federal holiday in the United States and many people started to associate it with Christ’s birth. Since Christmas was made a national holiday, it has become one of the most important and biggest days of the year for Christians, specifically American Christians, all around the world. Interestingly, Christmas is considered by people in other cultures as a Christian holiday. In many other cultures, to be Christian is to celebrate Christmas. However, today, the message of the gospel that is meant to be presented at Christmas time in many countries including America has been traded for presents, stockings, and Santa Clause resulting in consumerism, materialism, individualism, and nationalism.
You should be careful that you do not borrow from other cultures to change the gospel message or encourage new believers in other countries to follow our Christmas traditions because it is part of being a Christian. You must also be careful that you do not lose the gospel message while presenting Christ to others in both your own culture and the cultures you are living and serving in around the world because our culture today has created many traditions to fit into the context of what we want to celebrate.
If you were to ask a person what they think Christmas is about, their response may include delicious food, family get-togethers, snow, Christmas trees, presents, and Christmas carols instead of Jesus coming to earth in human flesh to live among His creation, die on the cross for their sins, and rise again so that they could live in a right relationship with God the Father through Him forever and forever. Sadly, barley half of Americans believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, laid in a manger, visited by wise men who brought Him gifts and were led by a star and that angels announced His birth to shepherds.
Many Americans may not realize this, but during the Christmas season, they also tend to buy more, give more, volunteer more, and do actions of kindness for people that they normally never would. This is very similar to the mindset and practices of the Romans, who would give generously and exalt the poor. Although we as Christians are to give generously to people and share what we have (Deuteronomy 15:10-12), we cannot earn the right favor with God or undo our actions for the whole year by doing kind actions towards others. Adopting this mindset as a Christian can be dangerous, as we can start believing that doing good works will earn us favor with God so that we may receive salvation and get into heaven. However, the true message of the gospel is that we are saved not through our works but by the finished work of Christ on the cross and His grace.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. – Eph. 2:8-9
In sharing all of this with you, I want to emphasize that celebrating Christmas is not bad. As a Christian, you are free in Christ to celebrate Christmas or not celebrate it. But you do need to make sure that celebrating Christmas is not the pinnacle of your faith.
After reading about the history of Christmas and how it is celebrated today, you may wonder, is it okay as a Christian to participate in celebrating Christmas? There are valid reasons for being concerned about celebrating Christmas in the way that the world does as in participating in pagan traditions. Some Christians are concerned with taking part in traditions that have pagan roots.
See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ. – Col 2:8
Indeed, a lot of the ways we celebrate Christmas are not from the bible, but as Christians who have been set free to follow Christ, we can find creative ways to celebrate what God has done for us by setting up reminders in our homes and our hearts. As a Christian, you should be careful not to celebrate tradition rather than Jesus Christ. We are not to be part of the world, but rather to be a light in the world for Christ. You are to fix your eyes on the things above and not on the things of this world. Some Christians can get too caught up in celebrating Christmas traditions, buying presents, and planning vacations that they forget to celebrate the miracle of Christ’s birth. As a Christian, you are a witness for Christ, and thus your actions and behaviors should reflect the desire for Christ to be known in this season.
As a Christian, you should be careful not to get caught up in consumerism and materialism. Christmas has become majorly commercialized in America and parts of Europe. The significance of the birth of Christ has become lost as people celebrate the season rather than celebrate the coming of Christ into the world. Satan has distorted our world and of course does not want us to celebrate the first coming of Christ. However, even though there is no command to celebrate Christ’s birth, we can still thank God for the gift of His Son for us.
If you are giving presents out during Christmas time, it should be a representation of the gift God gave us. Thus, buying gifts for someone you love because you want to show them how much you appreciate them for who they are is not wrong. Instead, you are to have the mindset that giving gifts represents the love that God the Father has for you and the reminder that He sent His one and only Son down to earth to live and die so that you may receive the free gift of salvation.
Another concern is that Christmas trees are not biblical. People take the passage in Jeremiah 10:1-16 where the prophet writes about not cutting down a tree and then carving it into an idol, decorating it with silver and gold, and bowing down to worship before it. Isaiah 44:9-18 also speaks on this same issue. People may take delight in looking at Christmas trees, but Christians do not bow down to their Christmas trees to worship them. We worship only Jesus. Putting up a Christmas tree in your home and placing ornaments on it and putting presents under the tree is not idolatry. This is not what your life centers around. This passage is not a logical argument against Christmas trees. We must be careful not to take a passage out of context from the bible.
Another concern some Christians have is that in the Old Testament, God gave very specific commands for how to celebrate festivals and not take part in other cultures. In the Old Testament, God did indeed command them to keep certain festivals and to abstain from other cultural worship. However, the festivals that God commanded the Israelites to keep no longer need to be kept because they were a shadow of the coming of Jesus Christ. If we continued keeping those festivals in awaiting the first coming of the Messiah, then we have missed it. Now we get to celebrate the coming of Christ by remembering His birth, death, and resurrection. Some Christians also quote Colossians 2:16-17 to prove that as Christians, we should not celebrate a festival that is not biblical.
So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.- Col 2:16-17
However, this passage of scripture does not command believers from celebrating the birth of Christ if it is done in a way that honors God. Celebrating Christmas is not a duty that you have to do as a Christian but is a time where you get to celebrate the first coming of Christ with joy and hope, looking forward to His second coming when we shall all be with Him.
Another concern is that Christ was probably not born in December. Thus, why should we celebrate His birth on December 25th? The answer is that it’s important to set aside a day to intentionally and purposely focus on celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas can be a day where you remember to honor the birth of Christ and praise God for sending His one and only Son down to earth in the form of a baby. As Christians, we are no longer under the law of sin and death and thus are free to live in Christ. We can celebrate Christmas with our eyes on Jesus and our gaze on eternal things rather than the material things of this world.
These are some reasons that Christians can celebrate Christmas. Since the very beginning, when sin entered the world and man was separated from God, God has promised to save and redeem those who trust in Him. This has been His promise over and over again until Jesus was born in Bethlehem. His promise was fulfilled when Jesus died on the cross and rose again.
And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.”- Gen 3:15
This is something that we as Christians can celebrate! Without His death and resurrection, we would be lost in sin and death forever. But because Jesus came, lived, died and rose again and ascended back to His Father, we who put our trust in Him will be saved and can live forever with Him! During Christmas, we can remember the miracle of the virgin birth (Luke 1:26-38). Jesus Christ is God incarnate, both fully God and fully man at the same time. Through the Holy Spirit, a young virgin girl named Mary conceived and had a son, who is the Son of God. By coming to earth, He left His glory, throne, and home behind so that one day we could be reconciled with the Father. Through His death, resurrection, and ascension, we now are restored to a perfect relationship with God the Father. This is incredible news! This was a miraculous move of God that was promised generations beforehand but has now happened. This is a cause for great celebration! This is one of the reasons why we as Christians can celebrate Christmas. Jesus is Lord of lords, King of kings, and Savior of the World.
During Christmas, we can also celebrate Jesus as our Lord of lords and King of kings. His first coming was the promise that God has given to generations before us, and He was born to reign and rule over this world and our hearts. Not only is Jesus Lord of lords and King of kings, but He is the Savior of the world. Jesus’s name means Savior. At Christmas, we get to celebrate this great truth, that Jesus came to save us from our sins so that we can live forever with Him and escape sin’s penalty, which is death.
As Christians, we can also celebrate during Christmas that Jesus is the Light of the world. In His is no darkness at all, and in Him is the light of life (1 John 1:5-2:2). When we light candles or plug in stringed lights during Christmas time, we can remember that Christ is the light that pierces that darkness.
I love celebrating Christmas with my family. We have always made the center of it about Christ’s birth. This tradition has helped us focus our hearts and minds on Jesus and remind us of the reason why we celebrate Christmas. Celebrating Christmas is a personal conviction. You get to choose whether or not you want to celebrate Christmas. Remember that although Christmas is not in the Bible, there are still countless reasons to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and His first coming into this world!
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. – John 3:16
As a mother It hurts to see a young life taken. My heart aches for all that knew and loved (knows and loves) Marcus. He touched every life he came in contact with. It only took meeting him once to never forget him. He was a people person, he loved everyone. His hugs were like medicine to the soul. He never, ever forgot to hug everyone – it was his hi and his goodbye and many in between. He was always sure to tell you he loved you, or missed you or thought you were great, awesome or beautiful (to the ladies) to the ‘boys, you were his bro, friend, buddy! He was every kids uncle. My grandloves adore Marcus! No one will forget this young man and the way he brought love to every soul that had the honor to know him.
We took him on a family vacation along with half the neighborhood as it wasn’t a Bartkowiak vacation without at least 20 or more of us. LOL He was quite the character – He made everyone laugh, watched friends episodes with me and constantly reminded me that I was ONE AWESOME MOM! How could I not love him. ❤ To know him is to love him.
I had the honor of watching him grow from a young boy to a young man as so many other moms have – because he was every mothers son. If you knew him and were a mother he called you mom. I got to watch him graduate with my youngest daughter Summer, whom loves and adores him too! Their birthdays were only one day apart! We even celebrated their last (19th) birthday together. it was my last memory of him. If I had known it be the last time I seen him- I’d have hugged him longer!
He has loved my middle daughter Savana like no other. He was her support group. He would have walked on glass barefoot for her or walked through fire for her. He always told me He was going to marry her someday! He was the sweetest!
He always helped my eldest daughter Carly with my grandkids, Aubree and Hayden and treated them like family- that’s because they were! Flesh and blood relatives are great but bonus family members are amazing too!
This young man was the biblical definition of LOVE; I’m now totally convinced it’s possible, because Marus displayed all the qualities of it!
We will always LOVE you MARCUS! ❤
As I wrap up this blog – I want to remind everyone that grief is a journey and everyone that has ever lost and loved someone it’s a personal journey that must take place. Everyone’s journey is different. Take your time. Heal at your own pace. Marcus is with you in heart, never let go of that! And as Marcus & I sang that theme song together, remember, that, “I’ll be there for you!” ~Friends
A Healing Journey through Grief, Grief is not a problem to be cured, it is a statement, a statement that you love someone. Unfortunately, I have found that many have tried to deny or stuff their pain, to deny this journey of grief. They want to walk or run from it, but when you lose someone close to you- that’s pain that just won’t go away, that pain is very normal. It’s said that grief is really a journey, and on this journey there are a lot of different emotions…they can start off for some as dazed or shocked, and hearts just cries out “This can’t be real!” You feel numb, begin denying what’s happening… There can be intense crying, anger, resentment over the loss, some begin to feel afraid, as they face a future of uncertainty. Others just want to be alone. The hurting can go so deep that you begin to doubt what you believe. Maybe even question God and if you’re not careful, discouragement and depression can take root. Know now that those thoughts and feelings are normal, and you’re going to have to work through that pain and God wants you to bring your emotions to Him. He’s not intimidated or afraid of your emotions. He wants to embrace you, even now in the midst of it all. He is there for you.
*I’m offering free grief counseling to anyone in need! I’ll be there for you, Just message me! We are all going through this together! All My love, Diana xo
“Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.” James 3:1
“My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.”
I realize that after last months blog I stated that I had more revelation of the subject of “Who Do You Say That I Am?” As Christ told Peter He knew his response could only come from His Father in heaven and not from flesh and blood! I truly intended to share the next part of that personal revelation reveled to me; however I did not get back around to writing it out but I did share a video blog in my facebook group pages.. feel free to listen there. Sorry about the first half- my righteous indignation!! The last half I’m more gentle. I hope you’ll hear it through! Go to about 34:30 You can find my groups at: The AWE TRUTH unblemished & Eyes to see- Truth unhindered it was posted on Sept 9. I will also add my thoughts to the podcast that will be with this blog soon.
I shared how God is showing us that anything that adds to the prophecy of CHRIST and WHO HE IS AND WHAT HE CAME TO DO (FULLFILL THE LAW AND FORGIVE US OR OUR SINS GRANTING US THE OPPORTUNITY OF RECIEVING SALVATION!) I LIKE TO CALL THIS THE FINISHED WORKS OF THE CROSS!!
Okay, so I want to pick up where I left off.. I shared how the actual only prophecy that us as “Born Again Believers” need to focus on and believe is that Christ is OUR MESSIAH! All the other false doctrines are purely antichrists’ teachings; hence the stern warning that not many of us should become teachers/masters knowing that we shall receive the greater judgment/condemnation. I suggest we all stop desiring false prophecies like the physical third temple theology, the pre-trib doctrine, the Hebrew roots teachings, The seven mountain mandate teachings, the Torah teachers –These teachings all take away for What Christ did at the cross! They deceive the masses! I pray we stop desiring the lies! The false teachers that tickle our ears. The Trump/Cyrus prophecy was nothing but anti Christ distraction. It definitely takes our focus off of our savior, it definitely is straight from the synagogue of satan as all the world leaders are part of the NWO and the Great Global Reset.. Nesara/Gesara, all to put us under Noahide laws.. I’ve shared this numerous times- if we are more in tune with Qanon mantra then we are scripture, if we truly chant “God is winning Big” and aiming that towards what Trump is doing and how he is ‘coming back into office’ *(eye roll emoji here) Let me just say that if he does return it only brings more life to Nesar/Gesara .. the whole ‘stolen’ election is also part of Nesara/Gesara.. I’m truly calling everyone following these blasphemous lies to REPENT ! For the real kingdom is at hand!!!! All of that is adding too Christ!! Stop adding to Christ – for HE is the prophecy!! Christ is Savior -He is it–He is the prophecy fulfilled!!! Hence His last cry at the cross, “IT IS FINISHED!!”
Christ crucified and resurrected for us to believe on HIM and HIS fulfillment of the penalty of the law so that we can be rectified and resurrected with HIM. He is the penalty paid for our sins; of course we MUST REPENT and walk out our salvation IN total surrender to HIM and HIS WAYS- So that we can be the unblemished Bride/Groom and join HIM at the wedding feast! See too it that your lamp be FULL of HIM & NOTHING but HIM!!
He said to me, “These words are trustworthy and true. And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent his angel to show his servants what must soon take place.” “And behold, I am coming soon. Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.” I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed them to me, but he said to me, “You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.” And he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near. Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy.” “Behold, I am coming soon, bringing my recompense with me, to repay each one for what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates. Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you about these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.” The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price. I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book. He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all Amen. -Rev 22:6-21
He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Matt 16:15
As we are called to preach the Gospel to all creation; all big and small, rich and poor, young and old, Jew and Gentile, every tribe and nation, we need to understand what it is we are to preach. Is it life or death, is it salvation or damnation. Is it the words of the prophets, apostles and disciples or is it the words of CHRIST?
The calling of the prophets, apostles and disciples are to be the words of Christ, am I correct? However, the prophets, apostles, and disciples are men of flesh, correct? Every word of scripture God-ordained is it not?
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Tim 3:16&17
With all that said, and keep in mind we are all a work in progress. I want to share some really good words of wisdom, knowledge and prophecy God has revealed to me some years ago and now has enlightened it even more.
As we see the disciples sharing their thoughts on Who is Jesus, lets take a closer look:
Now Jesus and His disciples went out to the towns of Caesarea Philippi; and on the road He asked His disciples, saying to them, “Who do men say that I am?”
28 So they answered, “John the Baptist; but some say, Elijah; and others, one of the prophets.”
He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”
Peter answered and said to Him, “You are the Christ.”
Let us also peek at what Marks version left out about Peter in Matthews version;
I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church...
Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Matthew 16:17-19
Let us realize here that Jesus is asking them “Who Do YOU say that I AM?” He is not asking who does everyone else say that He is. But “Who do YOU say that I AM?” Also note that He is stating that Peters answer is what HIS CHURCH WILL BE FOUNDED ON, NOT THAT IT WAS PETER THE MAN, BUT PETERS HEART LED ANSWER TO THE QUESTION. Then note that He is stating that it wasn’t from flesh and blood that Peter made this claim but it was from God in heaven. And that the gates or hell shall not prevail against it, and that the keys to heaven are given to the CHURCH (believers) upon this proclamation!
Now lets look at Jesus last response here: Then He commanded His disciples that they should tell no one that He was Jesus the Christ. – Matt 16:20
Jesus is stating here that it isn’t what we “tell” people to believe because all people must personally answer for themselves the question, “Who Do YOU say that HE is?”
See everyone has to come to the conclusion themselves that Christ is/was the Messiah; our Savior, our Deliverer, the Way, the Truth and the Light! Our revealed King, Shepherd, Brother, Teacher, Guide, Friend, Ruler, Companion, Redeemer, the very bread of life, the very Word of the Almighty God Yeshua, the Door , the Anointed Omega King Emmanuel!
We cannot tell people who HE is- we can only give our testimony of who He is to us, and allow God to be God. Allow others to come to Christ in their own time, because it is only by personal conviction of WHO HE is that saves!
Let us also keep in mind that one must be convicted by the HOLY SPIRIT to operate from the Spirit. Until one is absolutely born again they cannot see the kingdom of God; therefore they are not held to the highest standards that we are as born again believers. Everyone’s day of salvation is a different day, so may we always preach LIFE! Let us stop speaking death.
God will be God and bring us to repentance as He wills. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. Eph 2:8&9
I have more on this revelation but I will make that my September blog.. to be continued. 🙂
