The ABC’s of Scripture: INCARNATION

The word INCARNATION is not used in the Scriptures. The term refers to the Son (born unto us), Jesus Christ: God becoming a Man to bring salvation for all of His elect believers. He entered human life as a child, born to the Virgin Mary as conceived by the Holy Spirit. – Matt 1:18,23; Isa 7:14. At His first coming. He fulfilled all the O.T. prophecies to prove that He was the promised Messiah of Israel. He fulfilled all the requirements for redemption of His people.

Jesus introduced the kingdom of God to the Jewish people. He accomplished all necessities of the atonement for all of His elect (believing Jews and believing Gentiles), including being crucified and resurrected in 30.ad. He then ascended into heaven and fulfilled all the requirements in the Heavenly Holy of Holies.

At His second coming Parousia in 66-70ad, He consummated the salvation of His elect through human history. – Heb 9:28 He also fulfilled all prophecies relating to the Resurrection; the Judgment; and the destruction of the Old Covenant Jewish religious system (old heaven and old earth). He then fully established His New Covenant kingdom (new heaven and new earth) for all of His born-again believers going forward after 70ad.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the WORD WAS GOD.” – John 1:1

And the WORD BECAME FLESH and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as the ONLY BEGOTTEN of the Father, full of grace and truth.” – John 1:14

The Gospel of John begins by introducing the WORD [Greek: “Logos” Strong’s #3056 = the Divine expression of Christ]. The Word is God. He became “Flesh” and dwelt among us.

He is the INCARNATE * GOD, revealed to us as a Man so that He can communicate with us; reveal God to us; suffer and die for us; and accomplish all that was prophesized regarding the Messiah and Savior. He [is] 100% God and [was]100% Man. He became a Man without ceasing to be God. Jesus Christ is full Deity and [was] full human Savior in one person.

“He is the IMAGE OF THE INVISIBLE GOD, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. ALL THINGS WERE CREATED THROUGH HIM AND FOR HIM.” – Col 1:15-16

“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus, WHO BEING IN THE FORM OF GOD, did NOT consider it robbery to be EQUAL WITH GOD, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and COMING IN THE LIKENESS OF MEN.” -Phil 2:5-7

Christ is God INCARNTE having come in the flesh. [Greek: “sarx” – Strong’s #4561= flesh; re: the holy humanity of Christ]. Paul says that Christ was “sent in the likeness of sinful flesh” – Rom 8:3 and “abolished His flesh enmity.” – Eph 2:15. Peter says that Christ ‘suffered in the flesh” – 1 Pet 3:18

My thoughts: JESUS IS GOD, THE GREAT I AM, THE COMFORTER (HOLY SPIRIT), ALMIGHTLY GOD, EVERLASTING FATHER, PRINCE OF PEACE- AND HIS GOVERNMENT (BORN AGAIN – FOLLOWING IN THE SPIRIT BELEIVERS) are on His shoulders. – Isa 9:6There is NOTHING left undone from the scriptures/prophecy of Abba coming down as a man (the son born unto us) and sacrificing Himself for His children; (those born into His family through faith in this sacrifice). Its hugely important to KNOW HIM as the COMPLETE PROPHETIC WORD, because IT IS FINISHED in HIM because the WHOLE WORD IS HIM!

Jesus is God’s flesh suit, and when He walked amongst us, He didn’t act like He was God, (I truly don’t think He knew, because He emptied Himself to be a servant to His people). A good Father would die for His children, a bad father would sacrifice one of His children to appease an angry god. (Jewish mysticism kills)…Yeah, I never separated ‘the father’ and ‘the son’- no matter how hard the ‘organized religion/ the church’ attempted to do so; this separation is a huge demonic down fall of ‘christianity’ – it’s truly a hive mind-set that cannot allow the proper PROGRESSIVENESS of prophecy become clear. It is a hinderance to the complete truth of who GOD IS!

A man is born ‘a son’ and woman is born ‘ a daughter’ – God came down here just as a newborn son (born unto us) and He grew in wisdom and stature into the fullness of God.

He was the son, grew in the Faith as all His children do (if they choose to believe in the prophecy- that is Christ) until the fullness of the prophecy was fulfilled He then became the fullness of God (ALMIGHTY GOD – & Resides on His throne as ABBA (EVERLATING FATHER)- Because HE, also the PRINCE OF PEACE paid the penalty of sin so that we can become HIS New Covenant GOVERNMENT that rest on HIS shoulders! He then sent His Holy Spirit to all that choose to believe.

This is the WHOLE & COMPLETE PROPHECY OF THE INCARNATE WORD!

For to us a Child shall be born, to us a Son shall be given; And the government shall be upon His shoulder, And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.- Isa 9:6

The ABC’s of Scripture: HYMENAEUS

HYMENAEUS was a contemporary of Apostle Paul, who spread false teachings to the first century saints that the resurrection had already occurred. This has been mistakenly used by some futurists today to attempt to show that Preterism cannot be true.

“And their message will spread like cancer. HYMENAEUS and Philetus are of this sort, who have strayed concerning the truth, saying that the resurrection is already past; and they overthrow the faith of some.” – 2 Tim 2:17-18

The first century saints knew that when Christ returned, the general resurrection of the saints would occur. HYMENAUES and others taught that this resurrection was just a spiritual one and not an actual physical one. Apostle Paul rebuked them for this false teaching about the return of Christ and the resurrection.

The false teaching about Christ’s return included other possible views. Some may have incorrectly seen Matthew 27:52-54 as the final resurrection. This was 30ad where the graves opened and many bodies of certain special O.T. deceased saints were raised, going into Jerusalem to witness to Christ’s resurrection.

Another false teaching about the return of Christ and the general resurrection may have been to confuse the general resurrection with the idea in Colossians that believers had been “raised with” Christ already and no further resurrection was to be expected. – Col 2:12; 3:1

Paul wrote his second epistle to Timothy in late-63ad. This was his last letter before he was martyred. The teaching of HYMENAUES and others that the resurrection had already occurred was a false teaching. Paul rebuked him for this. Consider that if those first century saints actually expected the graves to be opened and bodies to reappear at Christ’s second coming, it would be impossible for them to give HYMENAEUS any credibility. Certainly, this would also be the case if HYMENAEUS taught the physical planet earth would be destroyed at Christ’s second coming!

The first century saints knew that the New Heavens and New Earth were not referring to the physical universe, including the physical earth, as futurism teaches today. (Instead, the “heavens’ are referring to the UNSEEN spiritual realm and the organized and arrangement that God has with His people and with angels. It is not part of the UNSEEN realm).

Paul told Timothy not to listen to the blasphemers. They were spreading lies and for this Paul had delivered them to Satan.

“This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare, having faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected, concerning the faith have suffered shipwreck, of whom are HYMENAEUS and Alexander, whom I delivered to Satan that they man learn not to blapheme.”-1Tim 1:18-20

Alexander the coppersmith did me much harm. May the Lord repay him according to his works. You also must beware of him, for he has greatly resisted our words. -2 Tim 4:14-15

The false teachers, like HYMENAEUS, were wrong about Christ having already returned at the time that Paul wrote Second Timothy in late-63ad. However, Christ did return at His second coming Parousia soon afterwards in 66-70ad, at that time the resurrection, rapture, and judgments all occurred. It is not ethical or responsible to connect eschatology view of Preterism (fulfilled prophecy in 70ad) with the false teachings of HYMENAEUS and others. Christ’s return was future for them. but is past for us!

My thoughts: I LOVED this teaching. I love how as we grow in Christ, and we allow the Holy Spirit to teach us as we grow in the progressive prophecy understanding. Meaning how it was pointed out in this lesson that when Paul made this statement about it ‘not yet but future’, as He rebuked the ‘false teachers’ in his time, (not ours) but now we stand eons after this had happened as we live after all things written in the scriptures.

See- the resurrection is all over the scriptures, it was a physical meaning in some context of scripture, and it was of the spiritual covenant body of Christ in many other scriptures. We as serious, devote students of the word need to always allow the Spirit to teach us and to slow down and discern not only the ‘context’ of scripture but the content too. The scripture is a finished and complete literary work that consist of the testimony of Jesus Christ, He is the RESERRECTION and the LIFE! Jesus said to her, “I am the Resurrection and the Life. Whoever believes in (adheres to, trusts in, relies on) Me [as Savior] will live even if he dies and everyone who lives and believes in Me [as Savior] will never die. Do you believe this?” -John 11:25-26

We who are born again are the Individual Body of Christ that has many members! For just as the body is one and yet has many parts, and all the parts, though many, form [only] one body, so it is with Christ.- 1 Cor 12:12

We were resurrected IN CHRIST, and we must walk out our salvation bringing more and more members into the body until we all become of ONE BODY! There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; / one Lord, one faith, one baptism; / one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.- Eph 4:4-6

This is a forever task and commission of the LORD. This commission shall continue generation after generation. We are to continually share the gospel message until we meet our LORD in the clouds of HEAVEN when HE welcomes us with open loving arms, when our walk here is finished, and we ran the race of faith! Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who by faith have testified to the truth of God’s absolute faithfulness], stripping off every unnecessary weight and the sin which so easily and cleverly entangles us, let us run with endurance and active persistence the race that is set before us For by one [Holy] Spirit we were all baptized into one body, [spiritually transformed—united together] whether Jews or Greeks (Gentiles), slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one [Holy] Spirit [since the same Holy Spirit fills each life].- Heb 12:1-2

The ABC’s of Scripture: HOLY OF HOLIES

In the second part of the Jewish tabernacle, behind the second veil, was the HOLIEST OF ALL. This was where God received the blood of atonement for the sins of the people on an annual basis. Jesus Christ was the final everlasting atonement for the sins of His people. This was presented in the heavenly HOLY OF HOLIES or HOLIEST OF ALL or MOST HOLY PLACE after Christ’s ascension in 30ad.

Jesus was the sacrificial Lamb of God –John 1:29, 36; He was the High Priest – Heb 9:12. He appeared in the heavenly temple to make atonement for us believers.

“For Christ has not entered the holy place made with hands, which are copies of the true, but INTO HEAVEN ITSELF, now to appear IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD FOR US.” – Heb 9:24

At His second coming Parousia in 66-70ad, Christ came back out to show that our salvation is fully consummated for all His elect (past and future).

“So, Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for HIM (first century saints) HE WILL APPEAR A SECOND TIME, apart for sin, FOR SALVATION.”- Heb 9:28

My thoughts, we are NOW living in the NEW HEAVENS & NEW EARTH because Christ FULFILLED every jot and tittle of the Prophecy of Scripture!

Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them. For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a jot, nor stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. -Matt 5:17 &18

You search and keep on searching and examining the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; and yet it is those [very Scriptures] that testify about Me; – John 5:39

We are NOT the first century saints- we were born and raised after the cross and the consummation of all the promises of God IN CHRIST! We are after the MOTB, the tribulation, the resurrection, the law and the prophets, the judgement seat, etc.. We live after redemption; God doesn’t go backwards so why are so many christians?

If we are born again saints, we are in the complete works of Christ at Calvary. Everything else is mere doctrines of men made to keep us confused and ‘waiting’ and creating false prophecies of the ‘end times’ – which is one of the biggest hoaxes ever played on the Body of Christ! The ‘End of an Age’ was the end of Old Testament legalism bringing us into New Testament Grace.

Christ is the FINISHER OF OUR FAITH! As He proclaimed, “IT IS FINISHED!”

I find it so very sad that so many ‘claimed christians’ DO NOT understand their position in Christ and seek a MOSES to go and FIND out what it is that God is saying to them! So may false prophets still continue to speak of their own desires and call it God’s word.

Um NOPE, there is no unfulfilled biblical prophecy left undone for some future time, that is pure deception and blasphemy too!

All that we see in the world is things of the world and are the outcome of centuries of false prophets desiring false political systems to continue killing, stealing and destroying the actual things of God. But Christ came to bring us abundant life. -John 10:10

And just for clarification, I did this too; I false prophesized by looking at things happening in the world and twisting scripture to fit the newest narrative. However, as I continued to go straight to Jesus in prayer and allowed Him to remove the worldly hindrances, I was able to continue in the growth process of ‘studying myself approved” – I decided to allow Christ Jesus to lead me in the ‘gift of prophecy’ and the perfect peace has been upon me since!

You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character], Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].- Isa 26:3

No more fear of the future – I have the utmost peace beyond understanding and nothing in this world will ever again hinder my Spiritual Walk with and in Christ! Discernment is truly a gift that only the HOLY SPIRIT can decipher! But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ. – 1 John 2:27

It truly baffles me why we continue every four years to prop up some pitiful mere man (and now woman) to do our bidding; just like when the Israelites begged Moses to go up the mountain for them and come back with some laws to control them. Not desiring to go to God themselves- not an inkling of wanting to build a relationship with God. They truly made God unapproachable and unreachable. Nothing new under the sun. We keep asking others to “take care of us” while chanting “send the immigrants back where they came from” Oh the tiresome, nonsensical mantra’s and misguide hearts. Not going to God ourselves and asking what it is we can do specifically to help server others and how to LOVE thy NEIGHBORS!

For the whole Law [concerning human relationships] is fulfilled in one precept, “YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF [that is, you shall have an unselfish concern for others and do things for their benefit].”- Gal 5:14

We sure have a lot of closed minded, hardened hearts leading our nations and the supporters are NO different. 🙁

I’m praying today that We start to understand the actual character of God (JESUS) and allow HIM to soften and cleanse our hearts!

For this people’s heart has grown dull, and with their ears they can barely hear, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them.’- Matt 13:15

The ABC’s of Scripture: HIGH PRIEST

God established rules for the nation of Israel to follow to have their sins temporarily forgiven. They were to have a HIGH PRIEST from the tribe of Levi, to perform sacred ceremonies on behalf of the people. There were rigid requirements for the HIGH PREIST to be cleansed in recognition of the holiness of God. Anyone violating these rules was to die.

“They (HIGH PRIEST) shall be holy to their God and not profane the name of their God, for they offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and the bread of their God; therefore, they SHALL BE HOLY.”- Lev 21:6

‘He who is the HIGH PREIST among his brethren, on whose head the anointing oil was poured and who is consecrated to wear the garments, shall not uncover his head nor tear his clothes; nor shall he go near any dead body, nor defile himself for his father and mother; nor shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the consecration of the anointing oil of his God upon him: I am the LORD.” -Lev 21:10-12

“This shall be an everlasting stature for you, to make ATONMENT for the children of Israel, for all their sins, ONCE A YEAR.” And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.”- Lev 16:34

The HIGH PRIEST went alone into the second part of the tabernacle to perform the services with blood sacrifices, which were offered for himself and for the sins of the people.

“Now when these things had been thus prepared, the priests always went into the first part of the tabernacle, performing the services. But into the second part the HIGH PRIEST went alone once a year, not without blood, which he offered for himself and for the people’s sins committed in ignorance.”- Heb 9:6-7

The Sacrifices and ceremonies of the Old Covenant HIGH PRIESTS with blood of animals were temporary for the people. They pointed to Jesus Christ, the TRUE HIGH PRIEST, who made atonement with HIS own blood. He entered the Most Holy Place once for all. As a result He obtained eternal redemption for His people.

Christ offered Himself without spot and cleansed His elect people of their sins. Christ is therefore the Mediator of the New Covenant, by means of His Death, for the redemption of sinners, who are called by Him. All of those who are in Christ by faith are forgiven sinners and they receive the promise of eternal life.

“But Christ came as HIGH PRIEST of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. Not with the blood of goats and caves, but with His own blood He entered the MOST HOLY PLACE once and for all, having obtained eternal redemption. For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying the flesh, how much more shall the BLOOD OF CHRIST, who through eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve a living God?” And for this reason, He is the MEDIATOR OF THE NEW COVENANT, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promises of eternal inheritance.’ – Heb 9:11-15

My thoughts: I need to walk away and pray about this… be back soon…

I wash my living room carpets every November and let me tell you the dirty water that I dump after cleansing is disgusting. I always picture this yearly task like the HIGH PRIEST had to do to wash away his sins and the sins of the people. Could you imagine having to have ‘middleman’ (HIGH PRIEST) go in place of you to ask for forgiveness? Not only have to do this year after year but to have to kill an innocent animal and shed its blood and ashes in order to be forgiven? This is the most heinous way to ask God for forgiveness. I’m just saying. I’m So glad for the NEW COVENANT! For NO harm is allowed on HIS HOLY MOUNTAIN.

I find nothing even remotely sweet nor nice about this heinous way to forgiveness and deliverance. And guess what so God does too (find it heinous); hence why He fulfilled His promise to Abraham:

Then Isaac said to his father Abraham, “My father!” “Here I am, my son,” he replied. “The fire and the wood are here,” said Isaac, “but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?” Abraham answered, “God Himself will provide the lamb for the burnt offering, my son.” And the two walked on together.- Gen 22:8

See, God Does not require us to sacrifice our children or ourselves to be redeemed by the power of sin and eternal death. NO, instead God came down here HIMSELF, in the prophecy of JESUS, the son, to be that very penalty paid for our sins. He does NOT require anything of us to be HIS saved and sanctified children, except a sincere desire to be in relationship with HIM.

Just as Abraham desired a sincere, guilt free from sin, relationship with God- without having to sacrifice himself nor his son Issac. He knew in Faith that God would provide for all his children HIMSELF. Now that is FAITH! YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL (life), AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND (thought, understanding), AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH.’- Mark 12:30

I wash my carpets in November because that is when my husband goes to Philadelphia to provide sound for the Rocky Run race (Slyvester Stallone) – this gives me the time to wash and allow for drying without hinderances (other people walking on them). This really just signifies that God does need us to ‘get out His way’ so He can clean up our sins, (messes, spills, dirty shoe prints, etc.) once and for All.

See God doesn’t need us to get perfect before being cleansed and dried (saved and sanctified); He just needs us to ‘get out of His way’ and have confidence in the carpet cleaning process. 😉

Have confidence in the Lord with all thy heart and lean not upon thy own prudence. In all thy ways think on him, and he will direct thy steps.- Pro 3:5-6
